Title : muay thai session. :))

so yeah, basically what we did today was a " light " session of warm-ups and off we went to our destination which was NUS. yeahh ! we went there for the sharing of martial arts thingy. we had a muay thai session with the NUS people. so fun lahh i tell you ! i think i like muay thai better than silat. haha! like one of the seniors said, " close down silat, open muay thai". good idea le actually, haha ! but muay thai is way way way more rougher than silat cos no vest! we fight with only the aid of boxing gloves and shin guards. damn painful i tell you but nice. especially when you're kicking with ur power leg. the feeling is so syiokk. haha ! right, enough bout the training session lah.
so next was toilet time, i mean shower time. wash up then blah blah blah and next was our all time favourite. DINNER TIME! haha, of cos lah we like, our teacher blanje us wadd. hahs. so yeah. dinner then home. had a great time sharing stories in the bus with the other seniors.
